Then I tried the many multi-protocol clients too...and in the early years they really sucked so I went back to using the dedicated clients. I'm still torn...so I used Digsby because it has the most plugable, and still use individual clients when i need to get in conteact that way. Then with AOL started chatting there, moved on to IRC channels, microsoft, ICQ, and gtalk. Used to send 6+ hours IMing on AOL and IRC, parents couldn't use the phone.
