1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Services.
3. In the Services window, right-click IIS Admin Service, and then click Stop.
4. After the IIS Admin Service is stopped, right-click World Wide Web Publishing Service, and then click Stop.
5. After the World Wide Web Publishing Service is stopped, close the Services window.

Now just Try again to uninstall

i found something important about that
you must disable the iis admin service-for me it started automatically and the error occurred again
so i disabled the service during the uninstall process & latter enabled it again

The solution said to "stop IIS" not uninstall IIS. That's probably why it didnt work for you.

I uninstall IIS but can not uninstall Reporting Services and encounter again it error.plz help me.

MSDN suggests re-install Reporting Services which isn't an option. It won't re-install because the Reporting Services is already installed. Your suggestion helped. Thanks.
